Question: 95 chrysler lhs rough idle

Rookie

i think the problem is the wheels that hold the belts behind the radiator. the biggest one will move back and forth and shake the car at idle. plus the rpms run low. if i shift into neutral it goes away but the rpms still run low. any help or ideas what to do would be great. its my baby!!!

The "big" pulley at the bottom is the harmonic balancer and can definitley ccome apart. It keeps the engine balanced (to a small degree) and may be causing your roughtness. You shouild also check you engine mounts as well.
