hi, i am buying a 1994 jetta with 116k miles. ive never owned a jetta, I have only owned hondas,toyotas and acuras. So, when my boyfriend test drove the jetta he wasnt sure if it is normal for it to feel sort of tired when punching the gas?

    yes they all feel that way just make sure you have it road inspected by a mechanic.

    i was told Jetta's need to be check by special mechanica because they are hard to work on ?

    any import mechanic should be ok because theyre import mechanic. just make sure its an ASE certified shop that you take it too..they will have the ASE logo on outside of building or in windows usually
