    I called to get an estimate and was told No estimate over the phone policy, I brought my vehicle to the shop and had a conversation about my stalling probelm, just by listening to my concern and previous experience, they ruled my ignition switch was bad. I was given an estimate to replace it. as I was skeptical I made several calls to other shop for replacment of ignition switch and got some lower and some highr estimate. I choose to go with the lower estimate. When I arrived at the other shop I was told it will take 3 days to fix my car and they wanted to charg me $95.00 Diagnosis. Needless to say I passed. I returned to 76 AUTO CARE and had the work done at the original estimate that I was given, No hidden charges, Certified Technicians quick and easy same day service. The did Not hold any grudges. These Guys ROCK!!!!

    My Vehicle Broke down, I called AAA the Tow driver told me it's a Expensive fuel pump, AAA refered me to 76 Auto Care. I called them and asked how Much is a Fuel pump for my Car? They said they have to see the vehicle and they can't give me an estimate over the phone. I was concern but the Tow driver agreed that this guys are the best there is, I took it over there they wanted to do a diagnosis for $99.95,. I thought it was nut but said ok. It was the a relay for $46.88 plus labor which my $99.95 diagnosis covered, They Guys are my hero's. The way they work is like a Pro. They will always get my business.

    I called them to get two different estimates: a water pump replacement and a thermostat replacement. They said that they needed to see the car before giving me an estimate. I told them I knew it was either the water pump or the thermostat and all I wanted was to know how much that work would cost. I didn't want their diagnosis because I had ruled-out everything but these two issues. Nope. They wanted to do the estimate at the shop and charge me $90 for it. They will NEVER get my business. Note that Morris Motors on Colorado in Santa Monica was happy to quote me an estimiate over the phone because I knew exactly what I wanted--no diagnosis required. This is nuts.
