I have been using 6th Avenue for about 4 years. I have always been very satisfied with their work, pricing, and recommendations. They always only recommend things that are necessary and stand by their work. Where a shop really shines is when something has gone wrong. I had them fix a door handle that broke within a month. They fixed it and made it right. When I had suspension work done, they charged me less than their quote... because it took less than they estimated. When repairing a coolant leak, Randy called me to say they wanted to replace a part that wasn't in the estimate. It was because that part would probably fail soon too. I would much prefer to pay extra for the part while things are apart, and have the work done right than have someone put everything back together only to have it fail later and pay labor costs twice. When we had a weld joint fail on a part on our VW, they re-welded it instead of replacing the part, saving me a lot of money. Situations like this make me recommend this as a repair shop, and continue to use it!

Randy and Dom have taken great care of my Audi for a few years now. I originally went for the convenience of a shop close to home and have continued going for the excellent customer and auto service. I leave with confidence each time knowing the work was performed accurately and at a reasonable rate. I recommend them to friends all the time.

I've been taking our two Toyota Sienna minivans (2004, 2008) to Randy and Dom for the past year, and have been very pleased with their service. They have consistently _not_ done work that didn't need to be done, letting me know that things are OK what to watch for should I need to bring the cars back. Their work has been complete and well priced. I have not had to take either of the cars back to have anything redone.
All the people in the shop are polite and friendly. Their estimates have always been on target.
I recommend them without reservation!

We have used 6th Ave for about 4 years and have always found Randy and Dom friendly fast and fairly priced. 6th Ave has replaced the brakes,the water pump and done other work on our 1998 Sienna. They have done even more work on our 2002 VW Passat which is still running fine at 170K miles. 6th Ave also maintains our business' three service vans. We are able to schedule appointments quickly and with limited notice and get right back on the road again!
