what should he do, just bought this 10,500.00, no warrenty, sametime dealer out of business

    Take it in to a place that works on imports and domestic cars. Also you should always check the fluids in your car to see if you are running low or if it looks pretty gross. You should do a transmission fluid change probably every 10,000 miles.
