Vehicle only starts with throttle up. No idle. Only DTC is P1599 CC power management engine stall. Good resistance on serial data cable, engine grounds seem stable, no visible heat damage to harness.

Customer Concern: The engine is stalling on deceleration, mostly on exit ramps off the freeway. Trouble code P1599 is stored.
Tests/Procedures: 1. Disconnect the crankshaft sensors one at a time and check for engine operation. The sensor that is connected when the engine does not operate is bad and should be replaced.
Potential Causes: Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor
    Plug Wires
Spark Plug Wire — Spark plug wire routing.
    Spark Plugs

Tech Tips: This engine will run on either crank sensor, but it will have an extended cranking time before the ignition module is able to synchronize.
    Diagnostic Codes: P1599

unplugged lower ckp, vehicles started after extended crank. local store has sensors in stock, and thankfully MODIS can be used to recalibrate. Thank you, I've been banging my head against a wall over this for days.
