4 days ago the engine light came on, shortly after the car quit and smoked. on 2007 Toyota Sienna

Determined to be a broken piece on the radiator near the cap, resulting in water blown out. Replaced radiator and all was fine. Now the engine light has come on again (4 days later). May be running just a little rough, but hard to tell. Oil was changed 300 miles ago, clean and full. Did one problem cause another? Oxygen sensors? Thank you.
