    The right Oil Filter for the 1996 Acura 3.2 TL is any Fram Oil Filter with the number 3593A. Fram has a variety of Oil Filters you can choose from, all of which always has 2 Letters that come before the numbers. The best option is the HM3593A since it is designed for cars over 75,000 Miles, (hence the HM which stands for High Mileage) which is more than likely the case for anyone who owns a 1996 Acura TL.

    3593A is for the 2.5TL. 8212 is for the 3.2TL
