Question: 2008 magnum wont start???

 Rookie

On wed i went to start my car and it wouldnt start. When i turn the key absolutely nothing happens. The instrument panel does not light up nor does the radio come on. The battery is fine, lights are not dim, power locks keyless entry all fine. Interior lights all good. When key in and cranked car does nothing. Shifter will not shift out of park either. Any ideas will be appreciated

    Is this something I can check or is it something that has to be serviced? Also would I have to have this done by dodge or could any service technician check the relay? Thanks so much!
