Hello,

Driver side low beam bulb failed. Driver side and passenger side high beams work. I replaced both low beam bulbs and now the passenger side high beam does not work. The driver side does work. I checked continuity on the passenger side high beam bulb and it checks ok. I switched high beam bulbs between passenger side and driver side and the passenger side bulb works fine on driver side. Passenger side still does not work. Could this be a bad relay? Any recommendations or troubleshooting ideas?

It seems like you have good diagnostic skills and would be well able to follow a wiring diagram. Kia as a car manufacturer put a lot of great technical information and work shop manuals on line for free for Kia owners. www.kiatechinfo.com
If there information is hard to follow There is a company that independent auto repair shops "buy" their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online
