I strongly advise you not to do this job at home. These plugs are notorious to break.
Even before you take it to the dealer make sure to add 2 can of BG 44K fuel system cleaner to a full tank of premium gas (I like Shell's premium) and run it through. Most of the times it will help to remove the deposit which builds up around the spark plugs. Even after the additive penetrating fluids has to be used for few hours and know exactly how to remove the plugs. Ford has a loooong TSB explaining how to do it.
They also has a tool kit which helps to remove the broken parts without removing the cyl. heads.
Believe me, it something that you don't want to do. You can try it, but have a tow truck's phone number at hands just in case.
