Computer trouble codes is what we need! I dont know about the TSB, but it sure sounds like a leaking head gasket to me!
Park car overnight, coolant leaks into cyl, start cold engine, misfire until coolant is burned off! See any steam from exhaust, smell antifreeze while cold running? Losing any coolant? Post code #. Should be like a PO301-PO302-etc.

Start engine cold, let it run for about 30 seconds, turn eng off, check # 4 plug to see if tip is wet. If so that cylinder is not burning the mixtire in that cylinder! If plug is not wet, possible vacuum leak.
    Good luck.
