I just had my timing belt replace, along with the water pump all pulley's and hydraulic tensioner. Started it up ran beautiful took it for a drive pulled back in driveway turned of ignition and started it back up and it jumped 3 teeth on the passenger side exhaust pulley. This is the 2nd time it has done this within two days. My husband is a 16yr. ASE mechanic and can't figure out why it's jumping timing.

I think you have a defective or improperly installed t-belt tensioner. Check for that.
