What should I expect to pay for parts to have the timing belt replaced along with the water pump, camshaft and any essentials that should be done at the same time? I have approx 108,700 miles on my car.

I'd guess at about $600, maybe less. You don't mean the camshaft, but rather the cam seals and crank seal.

Had my timing belt replaced last year, which included the water pump and at the local Honda Dealership cost around $650
