yes just a lil kind of in the middle i wouldnt worry but its causing my car underneath the hood to smoke someone said it might be my powersteering drippen on my engine causing the smoke do you think thats possible ? clear smoke and just smells like burning rubber

More than likely steam from water dripping onto hot engine/exhaust.
Like stated in answer clear liquid has to be coming from AC drain.
Check under hood for something touching exhaust pipe causing smell.

look under the car at the exhaust pipe and see if you have the remains of a Walmart grocery bag burned onto it. They tend to smell quite bad. Otherwise it would be good to have someone investigate the 'burning rubber' smell. Good luck.
