I had the same problem occur about every 2-3 years. Take to the dealer to replace water control valve for passenger side of climate control. They have to pull the dash among other things you don't want to do yourself. $$$$$
This happens to me when my wife turns the temp for the passenger side up higher than the drivers side is set for when the air/heat is running in auto. I try to keep the dual temp option turned off and that takes care of it usually.
