Have you had the Kia for long? If yes, has the concern gotten worse over time? If you have had the vehicle a while and have noticed things deteriorating, you may want to check with a dealership first off that may have technical information related to excessive vibration. I know with other manufacturers, they have upgraded braces and mounts that help dampen the vibration on small 4 cylinder engines, that typically have a lot of harsh idle. It would be worth looking into. There could also be an upgraded computer calibration that may minimize your vibration. If you just got the vehicle and it has always been this rough -- it may very well be normal, or be a result of normal wear and use of the engine. Always verify to make sure you have good quality plugs, wires, secondary ignition components. Use good fuel, make sure the throttle body is clean and there are no air intake leaks or vacuum leaks.
