Replaced EGR, EGR solenoid, and EGR pressure sensor. Code still returns. Any ideas what would cause this?

Assuming you do not have any defective parts or bad connections it could be a restricted exhaust sytem. Typically the catalytic converter may be stopped up. I have seen repeat faiures of DPFE sensor and in some cases it might even be melted due to the hot exhaust gases backing up. Stopped up EGR ports could happen too.

I have checked all lines for leaks and connection and they all look good. I do now have code p0420 for catalist insufficent flow bank one. Front cat must be plugged? Is bank one on ford front or back side?
