    this sounds odd. that can't be fuel pump related. i will ck some websites tomorrow 4 you and advise

    Check the ignition switch electrical portion, move or wiggle the key in the switch a little but better to actually look for loss of voltage on actual wiring at switch (common problem I forget the colors of wire to look at). Main relay also gives problem if you locate that relay when car stalls hit it if if fails and if car starts right up the relay is bad. Side note on hat engine make sure valves are adjusted periodically. Honda say no need t adjust valves unless they make noise but they go tight and burn valves. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
