I had changed the timing belt, adjusted the timing, the water pump as well. new plugs wires, distributor. the engine will turn over but the car will not start. I am at a loss as to why it will not start? even tried to jump it & it still will not start? any clue or suggestions?? i am bout ready to just junk it

it getting fuel to the plugs, has injector pulse, fuel pressure is fine,, it just wont kick over. itll crank whn you turn the key but will not start
