I just bought a 2006 Volvo XC 70 and noticed that y 12 volt outlets are not working. I assume this is a fuse but thought I would ask first.

    Very likely a fuse, you can find the location of the fuse box and fuse location in your owners manual, if you don't have one Volvo has a nice free one online here: http://bit.ly/Volvo_Owners_Manuals
