 Rookie

my car won't go out of first gear. if i go pass 35-40mph i can hear a hissing sound; what could be the problem

  You may be having a transmission problem, or possibly an intake hose has come loose, but it's really hard to know without seeing the vehicle. You'll need to take it in to the shop and have it checked out. After you take it in, if you have any other questions about what they find, please feel free to ask!
