    The most likely cause of the evap codes you noted is a worn gas cap. The proper way to test the evap system is to seal the system and use a "smoke" machine to try and find any leaks. If the smoke test shows any leaks they must be repaired, if now leaks are found then the fault may be with the gas cap. I would suspect 1 - 2 hours ($160 - $210) would be enough time to test your evap system. Repair costs will vary depending on what the cause of your evap leak is.
