Question: 1998 bmw 328i auto trans wont shift out of 1st gear,in manual or auto

eve..n if you start in 2nd, feels like 1st gear, if you put in 3rd, feels like neutral, no abs light is on

    You should let a shop to diagnose these problem,Aamco Trans a good place to call in your area sometimes its free. BMW car usually has problem with transmission with over 100k and good luck.
