1996 Buick Lesabre...car won't start on 1996 Buick LeSabre

Car won't start...security light blinking...can this be the ignition switch and how do I find a fix for it...how do I get the panels off the dash to get to the ignition switch

the lock cylinder in the column usually breaks one of the wires. a shop can replace this for you. cylinder is 79 key 35 programmed labor is 2.2 hours Roy

Glenn buick said it was the ignition switch...how likely is that and how do I get the panels on the dash off to get to it

Clean your key and try again. Took our starter off and had it tested and finally found the answer with windex and the key.
