Question: 1994 dodge ram 3500 5.9 cummins turbo diesel. help me please what is it??

Every time i can go down the road it dose good for a few minuts an my injector pump starts ticking in the governor housing and my gas gets stuck an it loses power an it dies

    Sounds like the injector pump is failing but you need a diesel mechanic to diagnose this as I think they run about $800 rebuilt plus installation

    i dont think it is a injector pump it sound like a governor cuz a bad governor will hold your gas down if you pull your foot off it will stay to the floor an the engine will die dont you think so to?
