i got a 1989 caprice classic it turns over but wont start and when i turn my key to me to hear my radio its not coming on i already changed the battery but still doin the same thing its showin that it want to turn over but nt getting that power frm sum where so tell me whats goin on

    Hey choppa,
    Problems like these require performing an inspection and running a few tests to determine what is going on. The engine needs to have ignition and fuel to start, so this is where you should start.
