1988 CROWN VIC LEAKING YELLOW GOLDISH COLORED FLUID BETWEEN FRONT ENGINE N BELTS on 1990 Ford Crown Victoria

MY CAR STARTED LEAKING BIG PUDDLE FROM FROM BETWEEN FRONT OF ENGINE AND BELTS.IT DOENT REALLY SMELL BUT ITS ALOT.MY CAR STARTED DRIVING LOUDER THEN USUAL ONE DAY AND WHEN I START IT IT ALMOST SOUNDS LIKE WHEN I START IT.ITS FINE THEN IT SORTA SOUNDS LIKE ITS GONNA CUT BACK OF THEN SOUNDS FINE. IT DOES THAT A COUPLE TIMES THEN EVENS OUT. THE LEAKING JUST STARTED 2DAYS AGO IT HAS NEW REBUILT ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION WITH 65,540 MILES ON IT. DO YOU KNOW WHAT COULD BE WRONG?

This sounds like the water pump is leaking coolant and you should check the level in the plastic expansion tank and also i would have the repair center that installed the rebuilt engine perform a diagnostic.
