Question: 1986 Toyota Pickup SR5. Truck runs but does not move well under own power.HELP!!

1986 Toyota pickup 4x4, SR5, 22RE 4cylinder, standard shift
getting spark and fuel on all cylinders with good compression. Can remove #4 and it kills engine. However can remove #1, #2, and #3 one at a time and there is no change. Have ohmed out any and all electrical connectors that the book talks about.
has new coil and tons of other new parts, tired of chasing this ghost please help...
