what type and amount of fluid do i need for the manual transmission

MasterThe 6.8L, 5.4L, 7.3Liter engine with S5-47 trans (3.4 quarts Synthetic Mercron R), if 6 speed ZF 3.2 quarts Mercron (Ford say fluid with dual markings Mercon R and Mercron 5 should not be used)
