10 amp air conditioning fuse keeps blowing on 1998 Buick Century

I replace the 10 amp fuse and the clutch on the air conditioner works for a while, but soon opens. Can just the clutch be replaced and can that be the issue or does the whole air conditoner compressor need to be replaced?

The clutch on some compressors can be replaced but many times its as cheap to replace the compressor, or very close to it especially if using an aftermarket or reman compressor. The clutch can be your problem here or the related wiring or the compressor clutch relay. Good Luck to you.
