I show two engines both use hydraulic self adjusting lifters. It's hard to guess what the noise is without hearing it first hand but it sounds like a hydraulic lifter may be failing. Check the oil level, use an oil with high detergancy, add a quart of Risoline to attempt to clean out the lifters and make sure you have a correct light weight grade of oil in the engine.
Get it checked out could be a sign of an oil flow restriction in the engine but could be as simple as an exhaust manifold or gasket leak.

Those HEMI engines always had this problem. It is normal sound. That is not just me saying this. http://www.chargerforums.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-3069.html

i agree with pat and iv had several of these with very small exhaust leaks. i rec you change the manifold if it is leaking. they are cheap and slightly more than just resurfacing them
